Ton of Tone Festival was founded by Flyin' Cowboy who is an artist with many achievements in his music endeavors and business experience. After having taken a big break from events and having organized many events in the past. It was agreed amongst his peers in music and his wife that NORCAL needed help to keep as much stage time for quality original acts as well as to help a good cause for others in need. This will also be a bigger production visually for the Tone of Soul Project with Nature Cinematic Footage and Special Stage Props and Costumes.
